Policies

PSTM is a safe and respectable environment. It is my intention to provide professional and therapeutic services to each individual’s needs. The following policies and procedures serve as a guide for an optimal experience.

Arrival

I value your time. Please make an effort to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows you time to check in, use the restroom, complete or review your intake form, and have a discussion about your service. Late arrival may result in a shortened experience and original service time may be charged.

Cancellation/Reschedule and Fees

I value your business and ask that you respect the scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.

Any cancellation/rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance is subject to a 50% service charge.

Any cancellation/rescheduling less than 2 hours in advance is subject to 100% service charge.

No call/No show will be charged 100% of your scheduled service.

All services require a credit card or gift certificate to guarantee a reservation so please have your information ready if calling to book. You will not be billed unless any of the above fees apply.

Payment

Upon checkout you may pay with any credit card, cash, Venmo, Apple Pay, or Android Pay.

Intake Form

Prior to your appointment, you will be asked to complete an intake form (online or in person). We will then discuss the treatment plan together, addressing any concern or problem area. If you are a returning client, we will review and update your intake form and discuss the plan for current treatment.

Scope of Practice

I hold myself to high standards and work to the best of my ability. It is my intention to apply my skills and techniques in order to positively impact your health and well-being.

I do not diagnose or prescribe for medical conditions. My services are not intended as a substitute for medical care for specific conditions. Please consult a physician for any conditions that may require medical treatment.

Respect For Your Needs and Boundaries

I want you to get the most from your session. Therefore, I am happy to adjust pressure, temperature, music volume, or work longer in or avoid specific areas.

You may choose to leave on whatever articles of clothing as needed for your comfort. You will always be modestly draped for your massage session. If at any point you are uncomfortable you may stop the service at any time.

Client Confidentiality

I value your privacy and treat your visits and information as confidential. Nothing about your visit will be disclosed to any third-party without your express written permission nor will I blab about it to other clients, friends, or media.

Sexual Misconduct

Sexual harrassment of the therapist (me) results in termination of service, full service charge, and banning from receiving future treatment. This includes and is not limited to:

  • asking me personal questions of a sexual nature

  • groping me or trying to touch me

  • asking me to massage somewhere close to your genitalia

This is mainly for the guys because women never try this shit.

Conversation During Service

You can talk as much or as little as you like during your service. I understand that such a personal service takes some trust building and I am happy to help put you at ease. Respectful conversation is always welcome!
